Opening an account
You must confirm that you are 18 or older and accept our terms and privacy policy when registering. Provide your full name, home address, birth date, email and phone number, along with a username and password of your choice.
Before gambling is enabled, we verify your name, residential address and birth date. We can also carry out identity, credit and other checks when needed by us or required by the applicable laws, regulations or regulatory bodies.
Providing verification records
Supply the documents and information we request for verification. We may ask for a passport or driving licence, proof of address, or evidence concerning your finances and payment methods. Examples of funding evidence include payslips, tax returns, company records, dividends, inheritance, rental earnings, gambling winnings and asset-sale records. These examples are not a complete list.
Until the requested records arrive and our checks are reasonably satisfactory, we may apply account restrictions that we reasonably consider appropriate. Betting can be blocked, and withdrawals can be paused temporarily. Suspension, closure and disclosure of necessary information to relevant authorities are also possible.
Withdrawing your money
You may request your own cash deposits and winnings at any time when all of the following requirements are met.

| Satisfactory checks | Verification must meet our reasonable requirements. A delay in supplying requested records can add to the withdrawal delay. |
| No relevant pending investigation | There must be no investigation of a service fault affecting your play that requires funds to be frozen temporarily. There must also be no investigation into suspected unlawful or prohibited activity that could permit us to withhold funds. |
We use the deposit payment route for withdrawals whenever possible. If we cannot use it, we may ask you for another payment method. Only the registered account holder can receive the payment, and the recipient name must match that holder. We cannot send winnings to credit accounts.
Offers and bonus conditions
We may make promotions available periodically. Participation depends on our bonus policy, the user agreement that applies to you and the conditions of the individual promotion.
Where those documents conflict about an offer, its specific promotional terms take precedence. The general bonus conditions come next, followed by the service terms.
Changes to the agreement
Existing users can stop using our services before amended general terms take effect. An update becomes effective no sooner than two weeks after it is announced.
