Set boundaries before playing

Decide on a time limit and a loss limit before you start. Avoid borrowing money for gambling, and do not play when you are depressed or upset. These personal boundaries are separate from the account restrictions our support team can arrange.

Deposit and balance limits

Our team can also adjust your balance limit upwards or downwards when you ask. Allow up to 24 hours for an increase to be completed.

You must observe your chosen limits and must not use another account to bypass them. We do not take responsibility for losses beyond the limits you set.

Taking a break

Our support team can freeze account access for a time out lasting between 24 hours and 6 weeks.

For a longer restriction, request self-exclusion. The exclusion period can last from six months to five years, during which our team blocks your account access.

Access and reopening

Do not try to reopen an account while it is frozen or excluded. If access is still possible during the restriction, tell our support team.

After self-exclusion ends, you must contact us to request reopening. We reopen the account 24 hours after hearing that request. Finishing the exclusion period is required before this reopening process can begin.

Age restrictions

You must be at least 18 to have an account. We check ages each day. If an underage account is identified, we immediately block it and hold the funds available in it.

When we discover that someone who has already registered is underage, we close the account and cancel its transactions. Deposits are returned through the original payment route where possible. We may also notify the relevant regulatory authority.
